Patio, porch & pool-deck cleaning

Make outdoor spaces feel ready to use again.

Outdoor living areas bring together foot traffic, furniture, grills, drains, electrical fixtures, fragile finishes, landscaping, and sometimes pool water. The cleaning plan needs to consider all of them.

Typical scope

Start with the surface underfoot.

Concrete, pavers, brick, natural stone, coatings, and sealed surfaces can require very different pressure, chemistry, and rinsing. Polymeric sand, loose joints, failing sealer, and soft stone need specific evaluation.

The right scope protects the space as well as it cleans it.

  • Patios, porches, walkways, and outdoor kitchens
  • Compatible pool decks and surrounding flatwork
  • Approved concrete, paver, brick, and stone surfaces
  • Furniture, planters, drains, fixtures, and water protection

Outdoor-area questions

Details matter around finishes and water.

01 Can all pavers and stone be pressure washed?

No. Material hardness, joint sand, sealers, coatings, age, and existing damage determine whether controlled pressure or a gentler method is appropriate.

02 How do you work around a pool?

The scope should identify pool water, drains, coping, equipment, electrical fixtures, coatings, and runoff routes. Products and rinsing must be planned specifically for the setting.

03 Do you move furniture and grills?

Preparation responsibilities are confirmed in the quote. Customers are generally asked to move small, fragile, valuable, hot, or personal items before arrival.
