Commercial concrete cleaning

Cleaner flatwork with traffic, drainage, and reopening planned in.

Sidewalks, entries, plazas, breezeways, ramps, curbs, and loading areas need a scope that controls both the cleaning work and how people move around it.

Typical scope

One-time improvement or repeat maintenance.

Commercial flatwork can collect general traffic film, dust, spills, organic buildup, gum, grease, oil, tire marks, and other stains. The first group may fit standard cleaning; the rest may require specialty treatment or capabilities confirmed separately.

Area alone does not define the job.

  • Sidewalks, entries, plazas, ramps, and curbs
  • Breezeways, loading areas, pads, and common areas
  • Pedestrian routing, cones, barricades, and drying
  • Drainage, water access, runoff, and specialty stains

Commercial concrete questions

Plan for people and permanent stains.

01 Can the property stay open?

Often work can be phased, but the plan depends on available alternate routes, doors, deliveries, traffic, drying, weather, lighting, and site rules. Scheduling is confirmed by property.

02 Are gum, grease, oil, or rust included?

Not automatically. These conditions may require separate chemistry, hot water, recovery, dwell time, or repeated treatment, and full removal cannot be guaranteed.

03 Do you offer repeat maintenance?

Repeat scopes can be considered after reviewing traffic, exposure, budget, and appearance standards. Service zones, frequency, notifications, exclusions, and changed conditions should be documented.
